Pete Middleton is the owner/operator of Middleton's Home Inspection LLC, in this role he coordinates all aspects of the home inspection from scheduling to closing.
Pete is a qualified home inspector and member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).
Pete is no stranger to home inspections having spent two years as a home inspector and owner/partner where he performed hundreds of home inspections.
Prior to the home inspection field Pete was the Facilities Maintenance Manager for a large resort, in his ten years there he was responsible for (but not limited to):
-Care and upkeep of a large clubhouse and 12 resort/privately owned homes
-Maintenance
-HVAC
-Carpentry
-Electrical
-Project management and vendor coordination
-Manage the Housekeeping
Pete also spent time as a Realtor in the Paul Bunyon Board of Realtors so he is very familiar with the entire home buying process, he also understands the challenges that can be brought on by the Lenders, Agents, Sellers Etc. and the importance of resolving any requests in a timely manner.
